Provision of Human Factors Engineering support to the RIBA F design for Whitechapel Station (C512) as part of the Crossrail project. This involved the facilitation of design review workshops to identify non-compliances with relevant Crossrail and London underground (LU) standards. The multi-discipline workshops involved MSPS engineers reviewing the mechanical and electrical equipment rooms, public areas, back of house areas and ventilation shafts.

Provision of Human Factors Engineer support to the requirements specification and design development of the oil and gas processing, sour water treatment systems, well & injection pads, metering stations, utilities and associated vendor skid packages for the Tengiz and Korolev fields. HFE activities included detailed 3D model design reviews, requirements development and implementation, Vendor Package design, HAZOP, delivery of Safety in Design (SID) / HFE Training and task based assessment of systems and procedures. Project locations included Farnborough UK, Gliwice Poland and Almaty/ Atyrau Kazakhstan.

Provision of Lead Human Factors Engineering support to the development of a new communications and information management system to replace the existing COMBAT/BOWMAN systems currently in service. EvO will change the current vendor tied system into a vendor independent and open information architecture system enabling the Ministry of Defence (MOD) to have greater flexibility over the future evolution of the system. This will enable the MOD to integrate and deploy new capabilities selected from across Industry in a faster and more cost effective manner. Click here for more information.
